Files and input
The current image processing, document conversion, JSON processing and password generation tools run in your browser. These tools do not send file contents, file names, your JSON or generated passwords to our application server or analytics.
Images, documents and password results are held primarily in the current page’s memory. They may be lost when you leave or reload; copy or download what you need first. Downloaded files and clipboard contents are managed by you and your device and are not automatically deleted when the page closes.
Possible future server processing
If we introduce features that require backend processing, files, text, options and technical information needed for the task that you choose to submit may be sent to our servers or providers identified in the feature description to fulfil your request. Such features will be clearly distinguished from the current local tools.
Before submission, the feature will explain what data is sent, its purpose, any third-party processing, the retention period or criteria for determining it, and deletion options. Temporary files, results and related logs on servers will be managed as described for that feature. Clearing browser data will not automatically delete server data. You can make data requests using the feature’s controls or our contact channel.
Browser storage and offline resources
We store language and appearance preferences in your browser. The JSON tool also automatically saves the current code as a local draft, including incomplete or invalid JSON, but not file names. Use Clear code or clear this site’s browser data to remove it.
The document tool caches pages, scripts and conversion resources for its offline use. This cache does not store your imported documents or conversion results. Clearing site data removes these resources and preferences; the document tool may then need an internet connection to load again.
Analytics and cookies
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand website visits and usage. Google tag makes network requests and may use cookies or similar identifiers to process page URLs, referrers, browser and device information, and visit events. Files and input from the tools are not sent as analytics data.
Google handles received data under its privacy policy and applicable settings. You can use browser privacy controls or Google’s Analytics opt-out add-on in supported browsers.
Website requests and external services
When you open the site or load scripts, fonts, icons or processing engines, hosting and network services receive request information needed to serve the page, such as IP address, request time, page path and browser headers. This is separate from uploading a file through a tool.
External links you choose to open are governed by the destination’s own privacy policy. Selecting a local file does not cause us to send that file to those websites.
Information you choose to send
When you email us, we receive your email address, message and any attachments and use them to handle or reply to your request. Send only what is needed and use redacted examples. Do not send passwords, secret keys or original files containing sensitive personal information.
Email is also processed by the relevant email providers. Contact records are retained as needed to handle requests, follow up or meet applicable obligations. You can request access to or deletion of these records.
Your choices and requests
You can stop using the site, clear content within a tool, or remove this site’s storage, cache and cookies in your browser. Local clearing does not automatically delete downloads, clipboard contents or data already received by third parties.
Contact us to ask about information relating to you or to request access, correction or deletion under applicable law. We cannot recover files or passwords from a server when they have only been processed on your device.
